Gift Card FAQs
Does it expire?
No. The balance stays on the card until it is used. No fees, no expiration date.
Is tax included?
Yes. $31.99 covers one tray with NJ sales tax.
Do they need a reservation?
No. Walk in on any open day. Reserving a table on the Open Lab page takes a minute and holds a spot on busy Saturdays. No charge to reserve.
The email got lost. Now what?
The buyer's receipt from Square has the card number. Or email info@reactionlab.fun with the buyer's name and we will look it up. You can check a balance any time.
Can I get a physical card?
Gift cards are sent by email or text right now. Print it, forward it, or add it to Apple Wallet. If you would rather have something to hand over, stop by the lab during Open Lab hours and we will sell you one in person.
Refunds?
Gift cards are not refundable.
