Booking FAQ

How far in advance should I book?
For Open Lab sessions, same-day bookings are usually available. For Guided Labs, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For Birthday Parties, book 1-2 months ahead to secure your preferred date.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to our cancellation policy.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants need a signed waiver. You can complete this online before your visit or at our facility. Sign waiver online
