Booking FAQ
- How far in advance should I book?
- For Open Lab sessions, same-day bookings are usually available. For Guided Labs and Birthday Parties, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Do I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes, all participants need a signed waiver. You can complete this online before your visit or at our facility. Sign waiver online
- Can I book a birthday party?
- Absolutely! For birthday parties, please use the booking system above or contact us directly at info@reactionlab.fun for personalized assistance.
