This page publishes the exact text-message disclosure shown in Reaction Lab's Open Lab reservation form. It remains available for customers and compliance reviewers even when no reservation times are open.

How consent works
- On Open Lab booking, select a date and time and tap Book.
- Enter a mobile number. The standalone text-message checkbox directly below it is blank by default and separate from the participation agreement.
- Selecting the checkbox is optional. A reservation can be completed without agreeing to text messages.
- Only customers who select the checkbox are enrolled in booking and customer-care texts. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Opt in by text
Customers may also opt in by texting START to (732) 856-8163. By texting START, you agree to receive recurring Reaction Lab Booking & Customer Care texts, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and safety notices. Up to 4 automated messages per booking you make; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
After START, the confirmation reply is: “Reaction Lab: You are opted in to booking and customer-care texts. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
